How it works
Personalised Consultation
Every human body is complex and no two are the same. To ensure that I understand who you are as an individual I will ask you to complete a questionnaire and complete a 7 day food/mood journal. Once these have been completed I will meet with you for a detailed consultation. A plan will then be formulated to meet each client's individual needs.

All consultations are online which my clients find helpful as it reduces the stress of having to travel to meet with me.
Ongoing support & wellness
Once a plan has been formulated small and consistent steps are key to transformation. I offer ongoing support to all my clients to help them navigate this new lifestyle so they do not feel alone.

I have struggled with heightened anxiety since childhood affecting all areas of my life. Having tried psychotherapy, medication, hypnotherapy (the list goes on) over the years I was ready to accept that this was just how life was sadly going to be for me until Emily set out a plan for me with the idea that I would start to feel a difference within one to two months!!

I’ve had a somewhat difficult relationship with food from a young age. Having Type one diabetes meant a focus on carb-counting and the effects of food on my blood sugar levels (BGLSs), while having muscular dystrophy meant a focus on protein and eating enough to maintain strength. The result was food feeling like a chore, another task to tick off, and another use of precious time (especially with meals taking over an hour to finish, thanks to my facial weakness).
However, along this health journey with Emily my relationship with food began to change. Suddenly, food was… exciting! Colourful and flavoursome. Wholesome and rewarding. I actually look forward to having breakfast now, for the first time in years, with a personal plan that is catered to accommodate my specific difficulties and health needs.
Emily has provided helpful context, the goals we set together are always achievable, and I’ve learned and gained so much knowledge, confidence, health benefits — all the while having fun experimenting with food! I’ve seen the physical benefits through clearer skin, increased hair growth, and better BGLs, while also feeling the inner benefits through elevated mood and energy levels.

I started my journey with Emily following my gallbladder removal. I was struggling with challenging symptoms daily yet felt completely overwhelmed on how to try and get back on track and ultimately feel better.
Emily helped me to pin point the root cause of my symptoms and although I was nervous to start this journey, Emily was supportive and non-judgemental from day one, always there to guide and help whenever needed, whilst steering me back on the right track.
